Right Wing Issues - Government-provided flood insurance - The government makes available cheap flood insurance in coastal regions because private industry does not find it economically viable to do so. Realtors heavily lobby and fund congressmen to provide the country with under-priced insurance.
- Over-regulation - The Wine and Spirits Fair Dealings act prevented distillers and wineries in Chicago from changing distributors without "just cause" thereby allowing all distributors to raise their prices. It was later struck down by a district court for violating the commerce clause.
